• Solid brass body and clear polyurethane gaskets
• Screws and gaskets included
• Hinge swings 90º in and 90º out with self-centering when within 15º of closed position
• Glass cut-out required
• Can be mounted floor and ceiling, or floor and wall using the adapter block (Z-HAB01),
or floor and header (Z-SDH01)

• Clean with water and a soft cloth
• Use of harsh or abrasive cleaners may harm finish and will void the warranty.
• Do not use power tools directly on the hinge when installing or spray lubricant on this hinges
• 3 year warranty on Hinges only, all other hardware 1 year warranty.
