Payment information

Interglass charges a 3% convenience fee when paying with a credit card. No fee is added when paying using your bank via a Bank Debit. Bank Debits requires at least 4 days for reaching our bank.

There are 2 verification options when using Bank Debits (ACH):

INSTANT VERIFICATION

Stripe will connect directly to your bank using your bank credentials. You will need username and password to log in to your bank and approve the connection.

MANUAL VERIFICATION.

If using the manual verification method with microdeposits, wait 2 business days to receive an email from Stripe that will ask to Verify the microdeposits in your bank account.

When you receive the email, click Verify Deposit, and stripe will ask to enter a 4 letter code that you will find as part of the description from the deposit stripe made on your bank. So you will need to log in to your bank and review the microdeposit from stripe that will be an amount of $0.01.
